Growing up in New York City in the 1950s, I remember eating Spam. I don't remember ever eating it again after 1960. If it is in our grocery store today, I must not notice it. Hmmm, will I ever try your recipe?

I guess the only group of Americans that enjoy Spam is Hawaiians. The rest of America doesn't know what it's missing, ha! Seriously though, Spam did a lot of good for a lot of Koreans, and it really goes very well with kimchi.
