I looked up the Minamdang soundtrack on Youtube, and I think I know which track you're referring to. "The Fan Dance" is one of the most frequently showcased traditional dance of Korea and the artists did a very good job of re-interpreting it with hip-hop flavor mixed in with some pansori beat.
